Objective

To raise awareness for and drive sales of Thomson Activated Ginkgo, a health supplement.

Challenge

Thomson is perceived as an "old" brand catered only for the Chinese Market. There is little awareness about the brand online, and we needed to create a new markets in Singapore, Indonesia, and among Malaysian Malays.

Solution

We produced the key visual design to ensure a cohesive visual theme throughout the campaign. We also managed the Facebook page, ran ads on Facebook and Google AdWords. To maximise engagement, we also ran a quiz and had product giveaways. The digital marketing campaign was launched in 3 different markets for 4 Thomson products, all addressing the various needs of our target audience.
