Objective

To promote the product “Sunway Pals”, a loyalty programme that rewards members with points and privileges on all their spending, at our participating merchants and selected Sunway businesses.

Challenge

We not only need to raise awareness for the loyalty programme, but also drive conversion and real sign ups.

Solution

We wanted the awareness campaign to also generate sign ups for Sunway Pals. And what better way to promote a rewards programme by immediately rewarding new sign ups? We highlighted a promo to our target audience: with Sunway Pals, you can pay just RM60 to enter Sunway Lagoon, the most iconic water theme park in Malaysia. This promo is heavily blasted as social media posts, digital banners, and even video clips of KOLs at the theme park itself.

Result

5 million+ total impressions.

543 total tickets sold, contributing to 30% of total ticket sales at Sunway Lagoon.

5.3% increase in sales compared to previous month.
