PROMEX, faced the challenge of low social media engagement and lack of public awareness of their brand. They approached us with the objective of increasing their brand awareness and product exposure in their target market, as well as improving engagement from Facebook and Instagram users interested in their products.


We developed a social media strategy that emphasized the unique characteristics of the brand and its history, while also highlighting the uniqueness of their products. To increase awareness, we used content that resonated with their target audience and increased interest in the brand. Meanwhile, to increase engagement with the audience, we conducted social media campaigns and shared interesting content such as recipes, games, and video content. We also helped to create exposure for new product launches by running targeted campaigns. As a result, PROMEX successfully improved their social media engagement and increased brand awareness in their target market.
